Our Team

The team at Innovcare VA has been hand-picked to ensure that every employee has a passion and drive toward changing the healthcare real estate industry for our Veterans.

Our team is led by Drew Stevenson, a Service-Disabled Veteran, who receives care through the VA, has worked in the VA, and is passionate about improving the quality and access to health care for our Veterans. Innovcare VA has multiple advanced degrees specializing in health administration, real estate, legal, accounting, property management, etc. We take pride in having dedicated employees that understand the complexities that come when health care and real estate cross paths.

LEADERSHIP

Innovcare VA has nearly 5 years' experience bidding on and winning GSA specific leases for the use of the VA. We have been instrumental in providing the VA with innovative solutions to long standing problems, such as decreasing the barrier of access to VA care for our Veterans while increasing the quality of the building that provides that care.

Our success, and the reason the VA keeps requesting our services, is that we provide innovative solutions through the lens of a Service-Disabled Veteran, who receives care at the VA, who was a healthcare provider in the VA, and is a seasoned healthcare real estate developer and property manager. We possess a collective century worth of expertise that directly applies to building and maintaining medical office buildings, clinics, and mental health facilities that when leveraged produces innovative solutions.
